The Way We Work

  • We have a very flexible approach to our consultancy work. We offer an initial no-cost consultation for 30 minutes, during which we will seek to establish the specific concerns that you have with your current practice operation. If the concerns are sufficiently specific, we can then prepare several alternative ways in which we can help you with associated timing and costs. If the concerns are less tangible, or you would like to have an overall practice checkup, then we would propose a one-day visit followed by our report and recommendations.

  • We offer an ongoing six months or 12 months membership scheme, whereby you have the opportunity to reserve a block of our time (a minimum of half a day) each month, when we will be available for either face to face discussions and problem solving, or for telephone call and e-mail responses to your questions.
