The third member of the team - Sim Goldblum, brings a wealth of experience in business planning, marketing and finance. Lester Ellman has been a GDP all his working life, running several NHS and private practices. He has visited and observed hundreds of practices through his roles with PCTs and the BDA.

Carl Parnell practiced in Macclesfield for many years before converting to Private Practice in 1998. He currently splits his time between his practice and his role as an advisor and coach in aspects of quality Assurance and Clinical Governance, including preparing for a DRO visit.

Sim Goldblum spent many years working for a multi-national organisation honing his skills, particularly in business analysis and in negotiation techniques. Now involved with several industries including dentistry, he spends his time advising and teaching business skills.
